What are your pieces made of?
Each design is handmade and carefully crafted to be worn as "wearable art" with a blend of healing crystals, gemstones, wood, and recycled materials. Our commitment to sustainability also extends to incorporating antiques and vintage pieces into the brand.
How do I care for my jewelry?
While your Yolie Charmed piece was crafted with high-quality materials, proper maintenance is key to preserving its longevity. To extend the life of your jewelry, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water. Occasional hand washing shouldn't cause harm, but its best to remove your jewelry whenever possible when exposed to water. Avoid wearing it while showering and swimming, as moisture and certain chemicals can impact the integrity of the piece. To minimize exposure to harsh ingredients that may cause tarnishing over time, apply oils, lotions, and perfumes before putting on your jewelry.
To remove oils and buildup from daily wear, gently wipe with a soft microfiber cloth. For a deeper clean, a liquid jewelry cleaner can be an effective option (please first ensure it’s suitable for the specific metal type, crystal, or gemstone). We recommend doing a patch test on the back of the piece before full application.
How long does it take before orders are shipped?
Processing time is usually between 1-3 business days before packages are shipped out ✈️ Custom orders take an average of 2-3 weeks for completion and processing, then shipped out ✈️
What is your shipping fee?
We ship all packages using USPS Ground. The shipping and handling fee within the United States is a flat rate of $5.95 for the first item and $ .50 per additional item. The international shipping and handling fee (outside of the United States) is $19.95 for the first item and $ .50 per additional item 📦
Where is my package?
You will receive tracking information via email. If you have received a delivery email but have not yet received your order, it is possible your package was scanned but is still on the truck for delivery. Please wait 3 business days to see it is delivered. If your package hasn’t arrived, please contact USPS right away.

If you have placed an international order and have not received your package, your customs office is the first place to check. We are not responsible for replacing orders that are unclaimed at customs. If you have checked with your customs office and they don't have it, please email us and we'll do our best to help you out.
Please reach out to your local post office/custom office for inquires. Please note that once your package leaves our studio, it is beyond our control, and we cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen items. We strongly recommend providing a secure shipping address ensure safe delivery.
What if I put in the wrong address?
Customers are responsible for entering the correct mailing address. We are unable to make changes once an order is placed. Please be sure to double-check your mailing address prior to check-out.
